  1. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement within the organization.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, systems, and workflows.
  4. Use analytical tools and techniques to create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights to management.
  5. Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Communicate findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior management.
  7. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
  9. Support the implementation of new systems and processes, including user acceptance testing and training.
  10. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  11. Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and issue resolution.
  12. Proactively identify and address potential issues and risks that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelines.
  14. Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior business analysts within the team.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline business processes and systems.
