  1. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify and understand business needs and requirements.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  3. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business and system requirements.
  4. Work closely with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions that align with business objectives.
  5. Provide support and assistance to project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  6. Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that system solutions meet business requirements.
  7. Monitor and evaluate system performance and make recommendations for enhancements and improvements.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
  9. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to gather and convey information and updates related to IT projects.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges related to technology solutions.
  11. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide ongoing support and assistance.
  12. Ensure compliance with industry and organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
  13. Train and support end-users on new systems and technologies.
  14. Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  15. Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient approach to technology solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Business Analyst In The Healthcare Industry.
