- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist patients with check-in procedures, including verifying personal and insurance information.
- Escort patients to their designated areas and provide them with necessary information and instructions.
- Prepare and maintain patient rooms, ensuring they are clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist healthcare professionals with basic patient care tasks, such as taking vital signs and recording patient information.
- Help patients with activities of daily living, such as feeding, bathing, and ambulating, as needed.
- Monitor patients' physical and emotional well-being and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating patient referrals.
- Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Assist with restocking and ordering medical supplies as needed.
- Continuously strive to improve the patient experience by providing exceptional customer service.
- Participate in training and educational programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations in handling patient information.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Education Requirement For A Clinical Assistant Position At Orlando Health Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Level Of Education And Can Handle Clerical Tasks.
