  1. Utilize expertise in data analysis to support the mission of delivering excellent patient outcomes.
  2. Perform in-depth analysis of clinical data and identify trends and patterns to improve patient care.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
  4. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of clinical data by conducting thorough quality checks and audits.
  5. Develop and maintain databases and data collection systems to support ongoing data analysis.
  6. Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and leadership.
  7. Create and present reports and visualizations to effectively convey complex data to a non-technical audience.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in clinical data analysis and incorporate them into daily work.
  9. Monitor and track key performance indicators related to patient outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices.
  11. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data security and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  12. Train and mentor junior data analysts and provide guidance on best practices.
  13. Contribute to the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures.
  14. Continuously assess and improve data processes and workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  15. Represent the organization in professional forums and conferences to stay updated on industry developments and share knowledge and expertise.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Health Informatics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Data Analysis, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Proficiency In Statistical Software Such As Sas, R, Or Spss, And Experience With Database Management And Data Visualization Tools.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Quality Measures And Regulatory Requirements, Including Cms And Joint Commission Standards.

  • Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Provide Actionable Insights To Improve Quality And Patient Outcomes.
