- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in our Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Assist the skilled nursing team with daily tasks and procedures.
- Help patients with basic care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and report any changes in patients' health status to the nursing team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for patients and their families.

Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) License: Candidates Must Possess A Valid Cna License From The State Of Florida.
Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification: All Applicants Must Have A Current Bls Certification From The American Heart Association.
Experience In A Skilled Nursing Facility: Prior Experience Working As A Cna In A Skilled Nursing Facility Is Preferred.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Candidates Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Work Effectively With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals.
Physical Stamina And Flexibility: This Job Requires A Significant Amount Of Physical Activity, Including Standing, Walking, And Lifting Patients, So Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Demands Of The Job.
