  1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in our Skilled Nursing Facility.
  2. Assist the skilled nursing team with daily tasks and procedures.
  3. Help patients with basic care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  4. Monitor and report any changes in patients' health status to the nursing team.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  6. Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
  8. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.

  11. Adhere to all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Job Qualifications

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) License: Candidates Must Possess A Valid Cna License From The State Of Florida.

  • Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification: All Applicants Must Have A Current Bls Certification From The American Heart Association.

  • Experience In A Skilled Nursing Facility: Prior Experience Working As A Cna In A Skilled Nursing Facility Is Preferred.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Candidates Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Work Effectively With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals.

  • Physical Stamina And Flexibility: This Job Requires A Significant Amount Of Physical Activity, Including Standing, Walking, And Lifting Patients, So Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Demands Of The Job.
