- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the community, including local organizations, businesses, and individuals.
- Represent the organization at various community events, initiatives, and meetings to promote our mission and services.
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase awareness of our organization and its services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify community outreach opportunities and plan events and activities accordingly.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for the organization, showcasing our values and commitment to providing exceptional healthcare services.
- Communicate effectively with community members, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent message.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of community contacts and partnerships.
- Monitor and report on community engagement initiatives and their impact on the organization's goals.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community relations and incorporate them into strategies and initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and the community, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns for community events and initiatives.
- Manage and track the budget for community relations activities.
- Act as a leader and mentor to team members, providing guidance and support in community engagement efforts.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust community relations strategies to ensure they align with the organization's goals and mission.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Community Relations, Public Relations, Or Marketing, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of The East Region Community, Including Key Stakeholders, Community Organizations, And Local Media Outlets.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Diverse Groups Of People.
Experience In Event Planning And Execution, Including The Ability To Manage Budgets, Secure Sponsorships, And Coordinate Logistics.
