We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Corporate Accounting to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our corporate accounting function, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.   1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the corporate accounting function, including financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and budgeting.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
  3. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and leadership to support business operations and provide financial insights and recommendations for decision-making.
  6. Oversee the preparation and review of budgets and forecasts, monitoring variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  7. Conduct regular audits and reviews of accounting processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and transparency.
  9. Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and standards, and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.
  10. Participate in strategic planning initiatives and provide financial analysis and projections to support organizational growth and sustainability.
  11. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all tax filings and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  12. Represent the organization in a professional and ethical manner at all times, promoting our mission and values.
  13. Uphold the highest level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
  14. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Corporate Accounting, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) Or Equivalent Certification.

  • Strong Understanding Of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (Gaap) And Financial Reporting.

  • Previous Experience Managing A Team And Overseeing Financial Operations For A Large Organization.
