- Develop and implement strategic plans for the development, construction, and maintenance of healthcare facilities
- Oversee all aspects of facility development, including feasibility studies, design, budgeting, and construction
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for healthcare facilities
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality and timely completion of projects
- Manage and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including hospital leaders, staff, and community partners
- Lead and supervise a team of facility development professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in facility development and implement new strategies and technologies as appropriate
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, providing regular updates and reports on facility development projects and initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Architecture, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Facility Development And Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Project Management Skills And Experience Overseeing Large-Scale Construction Projects.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Building Codes, Regulatory Requirements, And Industry Standards For Healthcare Facilities.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.
