- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the guest services department to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and exceptional patient experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest services experience and continuously improve upon current processes.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members to ensure they are delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as nursing and facilities, to ensure a cohesive and efficient patient experience.
- Monitor and analyze guest satisfaction surveys and implement necessary changes to improve service delivery.
- Create and maintain departmental budget, including managing expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in guest services and bring new ideas and initiatives to improve the overall patient experience.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, their families, and the healthcare organization to address any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards related to guest services and patient experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Leadership Role Within The Hospitality Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Guests, Staff, And Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Guest Service Standards And Practices, With A Proven Track Record Of Maintaining High Levels Of Guest Satisfaction.
Experience In Managing A Team And Overseeing The Training And Development Of Staff In A Fast-Paced Environment.
