1. Develop and implement emergency management plans and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of patients, staff, and the community.

4. Train and educate staff on emergency preparedness protocols and procedures.

12. Participate in emergency operations and response teams as needed.
13. Keep accurate records and documentation of all emergency preparedness activities and procedures.
14. Respond to emergencies and provide support as needed, including after-hours and on-call availability.
15. Act as a resource and provide guidance to staff and management during emergency situations.
