
Employee Relations Coordinator

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Conduct investigations into employee relations issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Advise managers on appropriate disciplinary actions and assist with the implementation of corrective measures.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date on HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR team members to identify trends and address potential employee relations issues.
- Facilitate training sessions for managers and employees on topics such as conflict resolution, diversity and inclusion, and performance management.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records and documentation.
- Participate in exit interviews to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as a mediator in employee conflicts and work towards finding mutually beneficial resolutions.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement in employee relations.
- Support the organization's mission and values by promoting a positive and respectful work culture.
- Communicate regularly with management and HR team to provide updates on employee relations activities and trends.
- Uphold confidentiality and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with employees.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Conflict Resolution Skills.
Ability To Maintain Confidentiality And Handle Sensitive Employee Issues With Tact And Professionalism.
