  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to support the mission and goals of Orlando Health Foundation.
  2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and community members to secure financial support for the organization.
  3. Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns, including solicitation of sponsorships and donations.
  4. Provide leadership and direction to the development team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  5. Identify and research potential funding sources, including grants, foundations, and major donors.
  6. Create compelling and persuasive fundraising materials, including proposals, grant applications, and donor communications.
  7. Monitor and track fundraising progress, analyze data, and make adjustments to strategies as needed.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of fundraising efforts with overall organizational goals.
  9. Represent Orlando Health Foundation at community events and engagements, promoting the organization's mission and fundraising initiatives.
  10. Stay informed and up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in fundraising and development, implementing new strategies and techniques as appropriate.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of donor interactions, contributions, and other pertinent information.
  12. Adhere to ethical fundraising practices and maintain confidentiality of donor information.
  13. Provide regular reports on fundraising progress and results to senior leadership.
  14. Participate in budget planning and management, ensuring responsible use of funds and maximizing fundraising impact.
  15. Uphold the organization's values and mission in all interactions and activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Fundraising And Development, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Nonprofit Setting.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Build Relationships With Donors, Board Members, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Fundraising Best Practices And Experience In Developing Strategic Fundraising Plans.

  • Experience In Grant Writing And Managing A Portfolio Of Grants.
