  1. Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for all inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses.
  3. Schedule appointments and maintain an organized and up-to-date appointment calendar.
  4. Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history.
  5. Communicate effectively with patients to ensure a positive and comfortable experience.
  6. Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, including collecting payments and updating records.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized front office area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  8. Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and faxes in a timely and courteous manner.
  9. Collaborate with medical staff and other team members to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including maintaining patient confidentiality.
  11. Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  12. Continuously strive to provide excellent customer service and resolve any patient concerns or complaints.
  13. Stay updated on company services, policies, and procedures to accurately answer patient inquiries.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, promoting a positive image of the organization.
  15. Attend training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
