  1. Greet and welcome patients and visitors to our facilities with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Act as a liaison between patients, visitors, and healthcare staff, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of the services and amenities offered by Orlando Health in order to answer any questions or provide information to guests.
  5. Assist with registration and check-in processes for patients and visitors, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  6. Handle and resolve any guest complaints or issues, escalating to management when necessary.
  7. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of waiting areas and common spaces for guests.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive experience for guests, such as coordinating transportation or accommodations for patients.
  9. Keep record of guest interactions and feedback in order to improve processes and services.
  10. Attend trainings and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures, as well as healthcare industry standards.
  11. Uphold the values and mission of Orlando Health by promoting a culture of compassion, respect, and excellence.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations when handling guest information.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve guest satisfaction and suggest ideas for enhancing the guest experience.
  14. Assist with any other duties as assigned by management in order to support the overall functioning of the guest services department.
