  1. Implement and maintain effective HRIS systems to support the organization's human resources functions.
  2. Collaborate with HR team to identify and understand business needs and translate them into HRIS requirements.
  3. Analyze and evaluate existing HRIS processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
  4. Develop and implement HRIS strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  5. Conduct regular audits of HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  6. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS issues and inquiries.
  7. Train HR staff on the use of HRIS systems and processes to promote efficiency and accuracy.
  8. Develop and maintain HRIS user guides and documentation for training and reference purposes.
  9. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR technology to continuously improve HRIS processes and systems.
  10. Collaborate with IT department to ensure HRIS systems are integrated with other relevant systems.
  11. Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR team, management, and external vendors, to ensure smooth functioning of HRIS systems.
  12. Participate in the selection, implementation, and maintenance of new HRIS systems and upgrades.
  13. Ensure confidentiality and security of HRIS data and maintain data integrity.
  14. Generate and analyze HRIS reports to provide insights and recommendations to management.
  15. Stay updated with relevant laws and regulations related to HRIS and make necessary changes to ensure compliance.
  16. Continuously monitor and evaluate HRIS processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hris Implementation, Configuration, And Maintenance.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hris Systems, Such As Workday, Oracle, Or Sap.

  • Experience In Project Management And Ability To Lead And Manage Hris Implementation Projects.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot System Issues.
