- Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of all laboratory activities, including test results and quality control measures
- Collaborate with other laboratory staff to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and standards, including HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry advancements and best practices
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure timely and accurate reporting of test results
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency and safety
- Handle confidential patient information with high levels of discretion and professionalism.
Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Medical Technology.
Previous Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Healthcare Environment.
Knowledge Of Laboratory Equipment And Procedures, Including Safety Protocols.
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Record And Analyze Data.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills To Collaborate With Other Laboratory Staff And Healthcare Professionals.
