  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple medical practices within the organization.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of patient care.
  3. Lead a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure optimal performance.
  4. Monitor and evaluate performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless operations and continuity of care for patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Operations, Preferably In A Hospital Or Large Healthcare System.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With Proven Experience In Leading A Team And Driving Results.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Hipaa, Osha, And Joint Commission Standards.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Physicians, Staff, And Other Stakeholders.
