  1. Provide exceptional medical assistance to patients in a compassionate and caring manner.
  2. Utilize advanced skills and knowledge as a Certified Medical Assistant to assist in various medical procedures and treatments.
  3. Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals in patient examinations and procedures.
  4. Monitor and record patient vital signs, medical history, and other relevant information.
  5. Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare professionals.
  6. Prepare and maintain examination rooms and medical equipment to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
  7. Educate patients on proper self-care and follow-up instructions.
  8. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure effective and efficient patient care.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  10. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols and procedures.
  11. Train and supervise junior medical assistants and provide guidance and support.
  12. Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in medical assistance.
  13. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
  14. Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.
  15. Participate in meetings and trainings to enhance skills and knowledge.
  16. Perform other duties as assigned by the healthcare facility.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Medical Assistant (Cma) Credential From An Accredited Institution, Demonstrating Comprehensive Knowledge And Skills In Medical Assisting.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience As A Medical Assistant, With At Least 1 Year In A Senior Or Leadership Role.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Medical Terminology, Procedures, And Documentation, As Well As Proficiency In Electronic Medical Records (Emr) Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Healthcare Providers, And Other Staff Members.

  • Strong Organizational And Multitasking Abilities, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Manage A High-Volume Workload In A Fast-Paced Healthcare Setting.
