  1. Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients struggling with mental health issues.
  2. Assist in the implementation of treatment plans under the direction of mental health professionals.
  3. Monitor and document patient behavior and progress.
  4. Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
  5. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  7. Monitor and report any changes in patient's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  8. Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, hygiene, and medication management.
  9. Implement behavioral interventions and de-escalation techniques as needed.
  10. Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients.
  11. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
  12. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  14. Foster a positive and supportive work environment.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the quality of care provided to patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or A Related Field.

  • Previous Experience Working In A Mental Health Setting, Such As A Hospital Or Clinic.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members.

  • Knowledge Of Mental Health Disorders, Treatment Methods, And Crisis Intervention Techniques.

  • Ability To Maintain Confidentiality And Adhere To Ethical Standards In Handling Sensitive Patient Information.
