Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Or Related Field From An Accredited University.

  • Current Licensure In The State Of Florida As A Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Or Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Providing Individual And Group Therapy In An Acute Mental Health Setting.

  • Knowledge And Experience With Evidence-Based Treatment Modalities, Such As Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, And Trauma-Focused Therapy.

  • Strong Assessment And Diagnostic Skills, As Well As The Ability To Develop And Implement Comprehensive Treatment Plans For Individuals With Acute Mental Health Needs.
