- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for patients throughout the organization.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of cardiac rhythm monitoring.
- Notify appropriate clinical staff of any changes in patient's cardiac rhythm.
- Document and maintain accurate records of patient's cardiac rhythm and any changes.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of monitoring equipment.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to provide excellent patient care.
- Follow all established protocols and procedures for monitoring cardiac rhythms.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding cardiac monitoring.
