1. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions.
2. Conduct thorough patient assessments and examinations to diagnose and treat orthopedic conditions.
3. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as X-rays and MRIs, to aid in diagnosis and treatment.
4. Prescribe and administer medications and treatments, as well as provide patient education on medication usage and potential side effects.
5. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
6. Perform procedures, such as joint injections and wound care, in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
