High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Nursing Assistant At Orlando Health Should Have Completed Their High School Education Or Possess An Equivalent Degree.
Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: Candidates Should Have A Valid Cna Certification From An Accredited Institution. This Ensures That They Have Received Proper Training And Are Equipped With The Necessary Skills To Perform The Job Duties.
Previous Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Having Prior Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Such As A Hospital Or Nursing Home, Is Preferred. This Shows That The Candidate Has A Basic Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Procedures.
