Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Nursing Assistant At Orlando Health Should Have Completed Their High School Education Or Possess An Equivalent Degree.

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: Candidates Should Have A Valid Cna Certification From An Accredited Institution. This Ensures That They Have Received Proper Training And Are Equipped With The Necessary Skills To Perform The Job Duties.

  • Previous Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Having Prior Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Such As A Hospital Or Nursing Home, Is Preferred. This Shows That The Candidate Has A Basic Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Procedures.

  • Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification: Nursing Assistants Must Have A Current Bls Certification From The American Heart Association. This Ensures They Are Trained In Emergency Procedures And Can Respond Quickly In Critical Situations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Nursing Assistant, Candidates Will Be Working Closely With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
