- Provide individualized occupational therapy services to patients in the inpatient rehab unit.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Document and maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
- Educate patients and their families about therapy techniques and strategies for continued progress.
- Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in occupational therapy.
- Adhere to all ethical and professional standards in the delivery of therapy services.
- Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care plans.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Occupational Therapy From An Accredited Institution.
Current Licensure As An Occupational Therapist In The State Of Florida.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Inpatient Rehabilitation Setting.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Practices In Occupational Therapy.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Patient-Centered Care.
