
Occupational Therapist - Outpatient Rehab

- Create individualized treatment plans based on patients' specific needs and goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy to patients to improve their fine motor skills, coordination, and daily living activities.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies to promote independence and improve quality of life.
- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Stay updated on the latest research and techniques in occupational therapy to continuously improve patient care.
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding and compliance with treatment plans.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Occupational Therapy: The Candidate Must Have Completed A Nationally Accredited Program In Occupational Therapy And Have A Degree In The Field.
State Licensure: The Candidate Must Hold A Current And Valid License To Practice Occupational Therapy In The State Of Florida.
Experience In Outpatient Rehabilitation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In An Outpatient Rehabilitation Setting, With A Focus On Providing Services To Patients With A Wide Range Of Conditions.
Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practice: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Evidence-Based Practice And Be Able To Apply It To Develop Individualized Treatment Plans For Patients.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As An Occupational Therapist, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals Involved In Their Care. They Should Also Possess Strong Interpersonal Skills To Build Rapport And Establish A Trusting Relationship With Patients.
