
Occupational Therapist-PRN

- Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with professional standards and facility protocols.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify areas of difficulty and establish achievable goals.
- Utilize evidence-based techniques and interventions to aid in the recovery and rehabilitation of patients.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to improve their daily functioning.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all treatment sessions and patient progress.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice, as well as facility policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care to patients.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for professional development and growth to enhance job performance and patient outcomes.
- Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and respect towards patients and their families.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure a positive and collaborative treatment experience.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of patients and their medical information.
- Participate in departmental meetings, trainings, and continuing education to stay updated on current trends and best practices in occupational therapy.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Healthcare Setting.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Occupational Therapy From An Accredited Institution.
Current State License To Practice As An Occupational Therapist.
Knowledge Of Current Best Practices And Evidence-Based Treatment Methods In Occupational Therapy.
Ability To Work On A Prn (As Needed) Basis, With Flexibility To Cover Various Shifts, Including Weekends And Holidays.
