- Provide life-saving care to pediatric patients in critical situations.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Administer appropriate medical treatments and interventions according to established protocols.

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to provide updates on patients' conditions and treatment plans.

- Maintain proper inventory and restock supplies as needed.

Valid Paramedic Certification: Applicants Must Possess A Valid Paramedic Certification From A Recognized Institution, Demonstrating Knowledge And Skills In Providing Emergency Medical Care To Patients Of All Ages.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Pals) Certification: Candidates Should Have Current Pals Certification, Indicating Their Ability To Provide Advanced Life Support To Critically Ill Or Injured Children.
Experience In Pediatric Emergency Care: A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Pediatric Emergency Setting Is Required. This Ensures That The Candidate Has The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Handle The Unique Challenges Of Caring For Children In Emergency Situations.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills: The Job Requires Working Closely With A Team Of Healthcare Professionals, Including Doctors, Nurses, And Other Paramedics. Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills Are Essential In Providing Efficient And Effective Care To Children In The Emergency Setting.
Ability To Work In High-Stress Situations: Working In A Children's Emergency And Trauma Unit Can Be Emotionally And Physically Demanding. Candidates Must Demonstrate The Ability To Remain Calm And Focused In High-Stress Situations And Make Critical Decisions Quickly And Effectively.
