  1. Provide life-saving care to patients during emergency situations.
  2. Possess strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols.
  3. Remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  4. Work collaboratively with other emergency medical personnel to provide efficient and effective care.
  5. Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  6. Assess patient conditions and prioritize care based on urgency.
  7. Administer appropriate medications and treatments according to protocols.
  8. Monitor and document patient vital signs and response to treatments.
  9. Respond quickly and appropriately to changes in patient conditions.
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emergency medical techniques, procedures, and equipment.
  11. Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
  12. Assist in the transportation of patients to and from the emergency department.
  13. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
  14. Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain skills and knowledge.
  15. Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards patients and their families.
  16. Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.
  17. Adhere to department policies and procedures.
  18. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  19. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.
  20. Provide support and assistance to colleagues as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Current License As A Paramedic In The State Of Florida

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working As A Paramedic In An Emergency Department Setting

  • Current Certification In Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Pals), And Basic Life Support (Bls)

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment

  • Knowledge Of Emergency Medical Procedures, Protocols, And Equipment, As Well As Experience In Performing Advanced Interventions And Procedures Such As Intubation, Iv Therapy, And Medication Administration.
