  1. Provide emergency medical care to patients in the Emergency Room setting.
  2. Assess and triage patients based on their medical needs.
  3. Administer life-saving treatments and interventions in critical situations.
  4. Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and coordinated patient care.
  5. Keep accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
  6. Monitor and report changes in patient condition to medical staff.
  7. Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures.
  9. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay updated on the latest medical techniques and procedures.
  10. Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during high-stress situations.
  11. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
  12. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  13. Comply with all hospital policies and procedures.
  14. Attend staff meetings and contribute to the improvement of patient care processes.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  16. Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

  18. Maintain a valid paramedic license and certification.
  19. Adhere to all state and federal regulations related to emergency medical services.
  20. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising medical staff.

Job Qualifications
  • Certification As A Paramedic: Candidates Should Possess A Current Certification As A Paramedic From An Accredited Institution.

  • Experience In Emergency Care: A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In An Emergency Care Setting, Such As An Emergency Room Or Ambulance Service, Is Required For This Position.

  • Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certification: Candidates Must Have A Current Bls And Acls Certification From The American Heart Association.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Paramedics Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Family Members, And Other Healthcare Professionals In A High-Stress Environment.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: The Emergency Room Can Be A Chaotic And Fast-Paced Environment, So Candidates Must Be Able To Think Quickly And Make Critical Decisions Under Pressure. They Should Also Be Able To Handle A Heavy Workload And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
