  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.

  8. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Or Higher: Most Employers Prefer Candidates With A Bsn Or Higher Degree In Nursing, As It Provides A More Comprehensive Understanding Of Patient Care And Treatment.

  • Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Florida: All Candidates Must Have An Active Rn License In The State Of Florida To Be Eligible For The Job.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Renal Dialysis: Employers Typically Look For Candidates With At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Renal Dialysis, As It Is A Specialized Field That Requires Specific Skills And Knowledge.

  • Certification In Nephrology Nursing (Cnn) Or Certified Dialysis Nurse (Cdn): While Not Always Required, Having A Cnn Or Cdn Certification Demonstrates A Higher Level Of Expertise And Commitment To The Field Of Renal Dialysis.
