  1. Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing stem cell treatments.
  2. Monitor and assess patient's condition and response to treatment.
  3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
  4. Educate patients and their families about stem cell treatments and procedures.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  6. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  8. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols.
  9. Remain up-to-date on current developments and best practices in stem cell therapies.
  10. Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families during the treatment process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Is Typically Required For A Registered Nurse Position At Orlando Health. This Degree Provides A Strong Foundation In Nursing Theory, Research, And Clinical Practice.

  • Current Rn License: Candidates Must Have A Current And Valid Registered Nurse License Issued By The State Of Florida. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Met The State's Requirements For Education And Competency In Nursing Practice.

  • Bls And Acls Certification: Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certifications Are Necessary For A Registered Nurse At Orlando Health. These Certifications Demonstrate Proficiency In Life-Saving Techniques And Are Required For All Nurses Working In A Clinical Setting.

  • Experience In Stem Cell Nursing: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience Working With Stem Cell Patients And Procedures. This Includes Knowledge Of Stem Cell Biology, Collection And Processing Techniques, And Patient Care Protocols.

  • Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills: Registered Nurses At Orlando Health Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Interdisciplinary Teams. They Must Also Have Strong Critical Thinking Skills To Assess Patient Conditions, Develop Care Plans, And Make Quick And Accurate Decisions In Emergency Situations.
