  1. Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the Multisystem ICU unit.
  2. Utilize specialized skills and knowledge to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  3. Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments and interventions.
  4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
  5. Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care.
  6. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
  8. Utilize critical thinking skills to quickly assess and respond to changing patient conditions.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to promote positive outcomes.
  10. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in patient care.
  11. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of patient care.
  12. Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient experiences and promoting patient satisfaction.
  13. Serve as a role model and mentor to other healthcare team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Associate's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current And Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Florida.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Multisystem Intensive Care Unit (Icu).

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) And Basic Life Support (Bls) Certifications.

  • Excellent Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment.
