  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize clinical practice and improve patient outcomes.
  • Lead and oversee all aspects of clinical practice optimization, including process improvement initiatives, standardization of protocols and procedures, and utilization of technology.
  • Collaborate with department leaders and clinical staff to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and quality of care.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in clinical operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to drive change and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to clinical teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and manage budgets for clinical practice optimization initiatives.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in clinical practice optimization and incorporate them into organizational strategies.
  • Promote a culture of safety and quality throughout the organization.
  • Serve as a mentor and coach to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with other senior leaders to develop and implement organization-wide initiatives and policies related to clinical practice optimization.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, sharing best practices and promoting Orlando Health as a leader in clinical practice optimization.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Healthcare Organization, With A Focus On Clinical Practice Optimization.

  • Advanced Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or A Related Field.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Process Improvement Methodologies, Such As Lean Or Six Sigma.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Large-Scale Clinical Practice Optimization Initiatives.
