  1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent for Orlando Health.
  2. Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR services.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and employees.
  4. Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
  5. Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  6. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  7. Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  8. Develop and manage employee development and training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce.
  9. Oversee the administration of employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes.
  10. Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and practices.

  14. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on key HR metrics and initiatives.
  15. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR practices.
  16. Continuously evaluate and improve HR policies and procedures to enhance the employee experience.
  17. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the HR department.
  18. Represent Orlando Health in external HR-related events and conferences.
  19. Act as a trusted advisor and provide guidance to senior leadership on HR matters.
  20. Lead by example and uphold the organization's commitment to providing exceptional healthcare services to the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Human Resources: A Senior Director Of Human Resources At Orlando Health Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Various Hr Roles, With A Strong Understanding Of Hr Principles, Policies, And Procedures.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires A Candidate Who Can Effectively Lead A Team Of Hr Professionals And Work Collaboratively With Other Departments To Achieve Organizational Goals.
