  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that align with business objectives.
  3. Utilize knowledge of IT systems and tools to design and implement efficient and effective processes.
  4. Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  5. Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure project success.
  6. Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user acceptance criteria.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  8. Conduct training and provide support to end-users to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new systems.
  9. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate systems and processes to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  11. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  12. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
  13. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and mentorship to other team members.
  14. Maintain a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
  15. Participate in meetings and presentations to provide updates on project progress and recommendations for future initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 7 Years Of Experience As A Business Analyst, With A Focus On It Systems And Processes.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry And Related It Systems, Such As Electronic Health Records (Ehr) And Revenue Cycle Management (Rcm) Systems.

  • Proven Experience In Leading And Facilitating Cross-Functional Teams And Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
