- Design, implement, and maintain the organization's unified communications systems and platforms.
- Lead and support cross-functional teams in developing and implementing communication strategies.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient and seamless communication and workflow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to unified communications systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in unified communications technology.
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for unified communications systems.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for all unified communications systems and platforms.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for improving communication processes and systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure smooth integration of new technologies and services.
- Train and support end-users on the proper use and functionality of unified communications systems.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and regulations for all unified communications systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for unified communications systems.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Unified Communications Technologies Such As Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Microsoft Teams, And Zoom.
Strong Understanding Of Network Protocols, Sip Trunking, And Voip Technologies.
Experience Managing And Troubleshooting Complex Unified Communications Systems, Including Hardware, Software, And Infrastructure Components.
