- Maintain and troubleshoot the surgery inventory management system to ensure efficient and accurate operation.
- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for surgeries.
- Collaborate with supply chain and surgical teams to identify and implement process improvements for inventory management.
- Train and educate surgical staff on proper use of the inventory system.
- Regularly review and update inventory data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve any inventory-related issues.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with inventory management policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new inventory management strategies.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for inventory optimization.
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area.
- Participate in meetings and trainings related to inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to surgical staff regarding inventory needs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices for inventory management.
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines related to inventory management.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to inventory management.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Surgical Or Supply Chain Role.
Proficiency In Inventory Management Systems And Software, Such As Epic, Lawson, Or Meditech.
Strong Understanding Of Surgical Supply Chain Processes, Including Inventory Control And Supply Chain Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Surgical Staff, Vendors, And Supply Chain Team Members.
Detail-Oriented And Highly Organized, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
