  1. Maintain accurate inventory levels of surgical instruments and supplies.
  2. Monitor and track usage of surgical instruments to ensure availability for procedures.
  3. Collaborate with surgical staff to anticipate and fulfill instrument needs for upcoming procedures.
  4. Conduct regular inventory audits to identify and address any discrepancies.
  5. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of needed instruments and supplies.
  6. Create and maintain organized and efficient storage systems for surgical instruments and supplies.
  7. Assist with the ordering and restocking of supplies as needed.
  8. Keep thorough and up-to-date records of inventory levels and usage.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  10. Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols in handling and storing surgical instruments.
  11. Train and educate new team members on inventory management processes and procedures.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  13. Respond promptly and courteously to any inquiries or concerns regarding instrument availability.
