- Monitor and analyze workforce data to identify trends and patterns in staffing levels, productivity, and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain accurate workforce forecasts for various departments and shifts.
- Collaborate with department managers to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained to meet patient care needs.
- Utilize workforce management software to schedule and assign staff based on forecasted demand.
- Identify and implement strategies to optimize workforce operations and improve overall efficiency.
- Generate reports and present findings to upper management, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies in regards to scheduling and staffing.
- Train and educate department managers on workforce management best practices.
- Continuously monitor and adjust schedules to account for unexpected changes in staffing needs.
- Communicate with staff regarding schedules, changes, and any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with HR to identify and address any staffing or performance concerns.
- Remain up-to-date on industry standards and best practices in workforce management.
- Support and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management, Scheduling, Or Staffing.
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Various Departments And Personnel.
