  1. Monitor and analyze workforce data to identify trends and patterns in staffing levels, productivity, and efficiency.
  2. Develop and maintain accurate workforce forecasts for various departments and shifts.
  3. Collaborate with department managers to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained to meet patient care needs.
  4. Utilize workforce management software to schedule and assign staff based on forecasted demand.
  5. Identify and implement strategies to optimize workforce operations and improve overall efficiency.
  6. Generate reports and present findings to upper management, providing recommendations for improvement.
  7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies in regards to scheduling and staffing.
  8. Train and educate department managers on workforce management best practices.
  9. Continuously monitor and adjust schedules to account for unexpected changes in staffing needs.
  10. Communicate with staff regarding schedules, changes, and any issues that may arise.
  11. Collaborate with HR to identify and address any staffing or performance concerns.
  12. Remain up-to-date on industry standards and best practices in workforce management.
  13. Support and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
