They will be confident in communicating their creative vision and be highly organized and detail-oriented as they work on a range of projects from concept to completion. A keen interest in the industry and current trends is essential. Additionally, the successful candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities:

1. Designing and styling fashion collections and ensembles that align with Oscar de la Renta's aesthetic.
2. Developing and executing creative concepts for fashion presentations.
3. Researching current trends in the fashion industry.
4. Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure collections are cohesive and of the highest quality.
5. Managing timelines and ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
6. Utilizing excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate creative ideas.
7. Coordinating photo shoots and other fashion events.
8. Working with vendors to source fabrics, materials, and accessories.
9. Developing relationships with fashion influencers and other industry contacts.
10. Staying up to date on the latest fashion trends and developments.
