Job Description

At Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E), we are looking for an experienced and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a frontline representative of PG&E and be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service while resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.To succeed in this role, you should have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to build trustful relationships with customers. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner.
  2. Demonstrate excellent customer service while providing support for customers.
  3. Maintain a customer-oriented mindset while resolving customer issues.
  4. Build rapport and trustful relationships with customers.
  5. Accurately address customer inquiries with knowledge of PG&E products and services.
  6. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
  7. Remain up-to-date with changes in products and services.
  8. Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
  9. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their issues.
  10. Participate in team meetings and other team-oriented activities.
