Dispatch Operator

Responsibilities:

1. Receive and respond to emergency and customer service calls in a timely manner.
2. Coordinate emergency response and service operations with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Allocate resources to ensure that service requests are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Utilize strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Keep accurate records of service requests, customer interactions, and dispatch operations.
6. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
7. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
8. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude when interacting with customers.
9. Remain up to date on industry developments and best practices.
