Field Service Representative

Responsibilities:

-Provide excellent customer service and attend to customer inquiries in a timely manner

-Perform maintenance and monitoring activities as required -Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed -Ensure safety and compliance with all relevant regulations -Maintain a high standard of customer service -Document all service activities and customer interactions -Provide customers with updates and progress reports -Lift up to 50 pounds -Drive company vehicles as needed -Respond to emergency calls and provide on-site service as necessary -Maintain a valid driver’s license
