We are looking for an experienced GIS Specialist who brings a passion for the latest GIS technologies and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.The ideal candidate for this role will possess a robust knowledge of GIS software as well as a strong understanding of database concepts and techniques. They should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting. Responsibilities:

Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to develop, analyze, and manage data for customers.
Analyze and interpret data from various sources, including aerial photography, satellite imagery, and other geospatial data.
Coordinate with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate data management and analysis.
Maintain and improve GIS databases and software as needed.
Create and maintain detailed maps and other geospatial representations of data.
Provide technical support and training to colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.
Follow established procedures and processes for data management and analysis.
Stay up-to-date on the latest GIS technologies and trends.
Participate in cross-functional teams and projects.
Maintain high standards of customer service and represent Pacific Gas and Electric in a professional manner.
