
Human Resources Business Partner
At Pacific Gas and Electric, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner who will be an integral part of our dynamic and innovative HR team. The successful candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, a strong customer service focus and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least five years of experience in an HR-related role, preferably within a large organization. This role requires an individual who is passionate about HR, has a positive attitude and is able to think strategically. Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement innovative HR strategies to ensure organizational objectives are met.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Analyze trends and metrics to identify areas of improvement and devise solutions.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide effective resolution.
- Lead complex recruitment initiatives, including screening and interviewing potential candidates.
- Manage employee onboarding processes and administer HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs for employees.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
