Human Resources Business Partner

They must have a strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, a proven ability to build quality relationships with all levels of employees, and the ability to develop and deliver effective solutions to complex issues. They must also be adept at creating and delivering training programs and have a deep understanding of employee engagement principles.
