
Human Resources Business Partner
At Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E), we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team and help enable our workforce to reach their full potential. The Human Resources Business Partner is the primary point of contact for human resources related matters and provides direct support to managers and employees. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in an HR generalist or business partner role. They must have a strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, a proven ability to build quality relationships with all levels of employees, and the ability to develop and deliver effective solutions to complex issues. They must also be adept at creating and delivering training programs and have a deep understanding of employee engagement principles. Responsibilities:

Excellent Interpersonal Skills
