
Human Resources Business Partner
At Pacific Gas and Electric, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The Human Resources Business Partner will work with senior management and operations teams to develop and implement HR initiatives that support our strategic goals. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and the ability to think creatively and analytically. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Human Resources field and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Additionally, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as the HR Business Partner will be interacting with individuals from all levels of the organization. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that support the company's strategic goals.
