Project Manager

2. Establish project governance, communication, and reporting protocols.
3. Monitor and report on project progress, budget, and timelines.
4. Guide and motivate project team members.
5. Handle project risks and ensure their resolution.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
7. Monitor and forecast project costs and expenditures.
8. Assess and recommend changes to project processes.
9. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
10. Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
