Business Service Specialist

We have multiple Business Service Specialist opportunities within our Operations teams, each responsible for reviewing and processing of a wide spectrum of annuity contract transactions, ranging from producer appointments, contract issuance, legal document review, and post-issue support, including market-sensitive financial transactions such as trades and distributions. They will also work directly with clients to resolve outstanding requirements to ensure successful completion of requests. Through service excellence, these teams significantly impact our clients’ choice to conduct their business through Pacific Life.
