Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and promoting DevOps patterns and practices to increase automation, agility and quality of our application delivery processes. You will sit on the Delivery Engineering team within the Corporate division, and you’ll work alongside Cloud Architects, Data Engineers, Release Engineers, and Security Engineers to ensure we have a robust and resilient delivery practice for our solutions. Collaborate with Cloud Shared Services, Enterprise Information Security Office, Systems Infrastructure, Architects and Application Product Teams to develop DevOps patterns and practices. Be a leader in promoting DevOps culture and practices within the department. Review system architecture and provide guidance to product teams. Create alignment and help ensure compliance with Delivery Practices.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with Kanban a plus

  • Experience with automated application delivery tools and concepts, such as CI/CD Pipelines, Git, Azure DevOps, and GitHub

  • Good understanding of network and web protocols

  • Understanding and experience with AWS services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, S3
